Job summary

NECI is seeking an Application Engineer to own the full lifecycle of valve solutions from initial conversations to final delivery. This role sits between technical problem solving, customer engagement, and commercial results, working closely with Account Managers and Order Management to deliver trusted solutions.

You will promote ball, butterfly, and valve automation solutions across industries, provide post-sale support, and drive on-time delivery while identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with control valves and safety relief valves.
• Experience in a customer-facing role solving technical problems.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to both engineers and non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Propose and sell valve solutions by assessing customer requirements and selecting the right configuration.
• Grow NECI's valve automation business and promote full valve solutions.
• Achieve sales goals for new product initiatives through customer engagement and launches.
• Provide technical support from start-up to resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate on-time delivery by working with suppliers and managing customer expectations.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM data.
