Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corp in Brecksville, Ohio is seeking a part-time Valve Assembler to join our Production Team. You will assemble components into final products, following blueprints and using tooling and measuring devices, while ensuring quality per VWI instructions.

The role requires high school or GED, up to 50 lb lifting, and teamwork. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required as business needs dictate. We offer competitive pay and benefits as part of our comprehensive package.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED required.
  • 6 months of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • PC skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components to form final configured products.
  • Follow process instructions, blueprints, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Inspect and prepare all valve parts per VWI instructions.
  • Complete required quality control documents per customer orders.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • May perform testing and final prep of various product lines within assembly.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Valve Assembler

We are looking for a part-time Valve Assembler to join our Production Team in Brecksville, Ohio. This Associate job will be working to ensure high-quality parts are produced in a timely fashion. Location: Brecksville, OH Salary: $18 - $21/HR Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Ohio. Your Challenge
  • Assembling components to a final configured product.
  • Utilizing process and drawing instructions, blueprints, specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment and hand tools.
  • Inspecting and preparing all valve parts per written visual work instructions (VWI's).
