Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Enertech is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for our Brea, CA team. The role focuses on assembly, teardown, and refurbishment of hydraulic equipment in a project-based manufacturing setting.

We offer a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior experience with hydraulic systems and fabrication is preferred, along with the ability to read engineering drawings and work with piping/tubing assemblies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years mechanical experience with hydraulic equipment (valves, cylinders, pumps, actuators).
  • Metal fabrication experience including drilling, tapping, grinding, and cutting.
  • Experience in a made-to-order manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow procedures and engineering drawings.
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Experience with piping and tubing assemblies preferred.
  • Forklift and overhead crane operation desired.

Mechanical Assembler **SIGN ON BONUS**

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our Brea team. This is a manufacturing role and you will perform duties associated with all manufacturing operations, including assembly, teardown, troubleshooting, fixturing, and repair of industrial equipment.

Location: Brea, CA Salary: $27.40 - $34.00/hr Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in California. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.

Your Challenge:
  • Work in a project-based (custom made) manufacturing environment.
