Job summary
Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to act as a ValueOps Domain Specialist for large enterprise customers. You will translate business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions, lead value adoption, and manage multi-disciplinary engagements across Sales, R&D, and Services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of related experience, or Masters with 15+ years of related experience.
- Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio and others.
- Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly articulate software solutions to solve those problems.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Build relationships across customer's IT and business silos to understand and document portfolio management, agile transformation, challenges and impact.
- Lead adoption activities with key customers and maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
- Direct team members within assigned accounts and ensure cross-functional collaboration across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management.
