Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer for ValueOps to drive value delivery for large enterprise customers. You will translate business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions, collaborating with senior strategists across Sales, R&D, and Services.

Responsibilities include value alignment, adoption activities, and presenting roadmaps. A remote-friendly role within the Americas requires deep domain knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience in technology or business fields.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of related experience is accepted.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio management and agile management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers and document portfolio/solution benefits.
• Build relationships across customer IT and business silos to understand and communicate value.
• Lead demos and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions to customers.
