Job summary
Broadcom Software is seeking a senior Domain Specialist to drive value realization for ValueOps with large enterprise customers. You will translate business needs into portfolio management and agile solutions, leading engagements and adoption activities across strategic accounts.
The role requires deep experience with PM tooling (Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow) and strong SAFe understanding, enabling collaboration with Sales, R&D, and Services teams in a remote-capable environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with extensive related experience or equivalent seniority.
- Strong background in project and portfolio management, FinOps, and agile management solutions.
- Experience with enterprise tooling and SAFe framework is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers to maximize outcomes.
- Build relationships across IT and business silos and document portfolio management needs.
- Lead adoption activities and manage account opportunities within assigned customers.
- Demonstrate solutions and value through demos and proof of value.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure alignment.
