Job summary

Parker HVAC Filtration Division, a Parker Hannifin division, is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive manufacturing excellence in a 1st shift environment. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations, high quality targets, and a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

The role focuses on optimizing processes, coordinating supply chain activities, and maintaining a productive, compliant manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• LEAN experience or leading LEAN teams preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with department associates regularly to discuss problems and improvements.
• Lead value stream operations across shifts to ensure continuous flow.
• Ensure standardized work and processes, safety and 5S compliance.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and coordinate cross-department support.
• Provide cross training and empower teams to stop and fix problems.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to map and pursue future state value stream.
