Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Machine Operator for the second shift (2:15 pm - 10:45 pm) to operate non-automated equipment, perform changeovers, and support quality duties. Reading production orders and completing scrap paperwork are part of the role. A $2.00 shift differential applies to this shift.

Responsibilities include attending to machine adjustments, material requests, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while meeting company specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to pass a tape measure test.

Responsibilities

• Alert Supervisor and maintenance personnel of problems.
• Make machine adjustments to meet specs.
• Request raw materials to the line.
• Load materials quickly to minimize downtime.
• Count and record rejects and scrap.
• Maintain a clean, 5S-compliant workspace.
• Clean machinery and area at shift end.
• Follow plant safety guidelines.
• Complete production reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
