Job summary

Parker Aerospace, a division of Parker Hannifin, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a shift, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality in producing advanced aerospace components. The role emphasizes lean execution, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Tools teams.

The ideal candidate holds a technical or business degree with 4+ years of related experience and demonstrates leadership and a strong safety mindset within a production environment.

Qualifications

• B.A. /B.S. degree in a related technical or business discipline and 4+ years of directly related experience.
• Substantial practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or quality/operations support.
• Experience with data reporting tools such as WebFocus; familiarity with MS Power Apps, Forms, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of team members on the designated shift; develop team members.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities; lead Lean Kaizen events and cost-reduction efforts; coordinate new product launches with Engineering.
• Ensure quality standards and coordinate corrective action activities to reduce rework.
• Perform capacity analysis using build plans.
• Determine staffing requirements and ensure productivity targets are met; troubleshoot scheduling and material issues.
• Develop standardized work instructions and maintain process stability.
• Promote safety policies; conduct safety investigations and audits.
