Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Pennsylvania seeks a Value Stream Team Leader for the second shift (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will steer daily operations across plant value streams, lead continuous improvement, ensure safety, and optimize costs, inventories and lead times through PDCA and 5S practices.

You will develop a capable workforce, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive premier customer service within a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing and inventory control.
• Experience with LEAN teams or LEAN principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and improvements.
• Ensure safe work environment and adherence to 5S and standard work.
• Coordinate supply chain, production control, and shift alignment.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement culture.
• Develop future state value stream maps and tracking centers.
• Provide cross-training and empower team members to solve problems.
