Fortive Corporation, via Advanced Sterilization Products, seeks a Value Stream Operations Manager to lead and optimize Biologic Indicators assembly manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee two-shift assembly lines, and partner across quality, R&D, and facilities to meet production goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering (MBA preferred), 8+ years of ops leadership, and a proven Lean/Six Sigma track record.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in operations management or process.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of hourly employees, managing schedules, timecards, and performance.
• Oversee assembly line operations across two shifts with alignment to production goals.
• Monitor daily operations for efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Lead KAIZEN events and promote Lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Develop KPIs and use data analytics to drive decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
