Fortive is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive multi-line performance, emphasizing safety, quality, and on-time delivery across departments. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting while mentoring leaders in Lean practices.

Role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, professional communication up to senior levels, and travel of 15–20% to support site goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in engineering or a technical field.
• Proven track record in controlling costs to budget.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies with tangible results.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional improvements across product lines and departments with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
• Drive Daily Management changes and present KPIs to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain leadership for smooth production flow.
• Champion Gemba and Fortive Business System to promote lean culture and mentor others.
• Plan and schedule to support timely receipts and shipments across product lines.
• Own budgeting, variance reporting, forecasting, and action ownership across multiple lines.
• Inspire teams through effective communication to leadership and frontline associates.
• Partner with HR on organizational and talent development strategy across lines.
