Job summary

Advanced Sterilization Products in Irvine, CA seeks a Value Stream Operations Manager to lead assembly manufacturing and supply chain operations, oversee two-shift production, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma. You will manage hourly teams, coordinate cross-functional partners, monitor KPIs, and deliver on-time results while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires 8+ years of leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, MBA

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations management or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead hourly teams and manage multi-shift assembly lines.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and KPI reporting skills.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly employees, managing schedules and performance.
• Oversee two-shift assembly line production, with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Drive KAIZEN events and Lean improvements to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Develop and report KPIs, leverage analytics to inform decisions and partner with quality, R&D, and engineering.
