Job summary

Advanced Sterilization Products in Irvine, CA, seeks a Value Stream Operations Manager to lead the Biological Indicators assembly manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will manage production, planning, and warehouse activities to optimize efficiency and quality.

You’ll drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, oversee two shifts, mentor hourly teams, and partner with quality, R&D, and engineering to meet aggressive goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in operations management or process.
• Experience managing teams of hourly associates in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly employees, managing schedules, timecards, and performance to align with production goals.
• Oversee assembly line activities across two shifts and monitor daily operations for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead KAIZEN events and champion Lean and Six Sigma to drive rapid, focused improvements.
• Develop and report KPIs, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with quality, R&D, engineering, and facilities to align with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery and change management.
