Job summary

Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), part of Fortive, is seeking a Value Stream Operations Manager to lead our Biological Indicators assembly and supply chain operations. You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate two shifts, and drive continuous improvement using Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years leadership in operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to mentor hourly teams.
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly employees, managing schedules, timecards, and performance to ensure alignment with production goals.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing assembly line across two shifts (typically Monday through Friday).
• Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead KAIZEN events to drive rapid improvements and promote Lean Six Sigma culture.
• Develop and report on KPIs to measure operational success and drive data-driven decisions.
