Job summary

Autocam, a division of NN, Inc., seeks a seasoned production leader to own a defined manufacturing area, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality. You will coordinate with purchasing, engineering and logistics to hit targets, drive continuous improvement, and mentor team members.

You will maintain a safe workplace, analyze process data, provide performance reviews, and support start‑ups for new projects within the value stream. Strong leadership and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong data interpretation and cost-analysis skills.
• Proven ability to define issues, collect data, and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a defined production area to meet delivery and quality targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional support (purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, logistics).
• Facilitate area meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build engagement through mentoring and timely feedback.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant, safe, healthy workplace and adherence to QMS/EMS.
