Job summary

ACMT INC is seeking a Production Lead to support the Value Stream Leader by guiding daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in aerospace manufacturing.

You will drive lean initiatives, coach a technical team, approve timecards, coordinate training, and partner with Quality to uphold AS9100/NADCAP standards while solving bottlenecks and improving equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing with leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of aerospace processes, materials, and quality systems.
• Experience with ERP and production scheduling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop team members; cross-train to prevent single points of failure.
• Review EPICOR timecards and ensure training is completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Quality to address non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
• Support lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) to reduce waste and increase throughput.
