Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering; manufacturing experience aligned with duties.
• 10+ years in functional manufacturing operations and CI focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels and cultures.
• High proficiency with Excel and ERP systems for data-driven decisions.
• Capable of driving improvements and cost reductions in a matrix org.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream operations and daily management with SQDIP-E focus.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity and engagement.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; conduct annual evaluations.
• Own continuous improvement, Kaizen events and cross-functional training.
• Collaborate with Plant and Supply Chain to meet delivery goals.
