Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Leader to optimize our production value stream from raw materials to finished goods. You will drive continuous improvement, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure quality and efficiency across the line.

The role requires strong leadership in manufacturing, expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and a proven track record in operational excellence within a fast-growing campus environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing with value stream focus.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end manufacturing value stream from raw materials to delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize value stream efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction using Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering and supply chain.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and maintain QC procedures.
• Manage resources and coordinate with procurement for a stable supply chain.
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing strategy and capacity planning.
