Andersen Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor II (Value Stream Supervisor II) to support continuous improvement across a value stream. You will supervise and drive improvements for the manufacturing crew, leading Team Leads and production staff in a matrix organization.

You’ll coach teammates, ensure quality via standard work and training, and promote hands-on problem solving, inclusion and high performance across shifts and value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Business acumen and knowledge.
• Communication Skills.
• Leadership Skills.
• Manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead A3 plans for the manufacturing crew.
• Deliver SQDCP metrics using tiered management system.
• Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads and production employees.
• Provide indirect leadership to other functions and supervisors.
• Coach, feedback and development for crew and supervisors.
• Ensure product quality through standard work and training.
• Promote hands-on problem solving and strong problem solving.
• Foster inclusion, morale, associate satisfaction and performance.
• Make large multi-crew decisions across value streams.
