The role focuses on leading operations, upholding standards, and delivering measurable business results within the value stream.

You will coach team leads and production staff, promote a hands-on problem-solving approach, ensure quality, and foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead A3 plans and projects for the manufacturing crew.
• Deliver business metric results using tiered management.
• Direct team leads and production employees; coordinate with other supervisors.
• Coach and develop crew, promote career growth.
• Ensure product quality through standard work and training; solve problems at the gemba.
• Create inclusive environment, morale, and performance.
• Make large decisions affecting entire value streams.
