You will coach team leads, ensure product quality through standard work, and deliver business results across the value stream.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, inclusion, and leadership across supervisors and production staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead A3 plans and projects for manufacturing crews.
• Deliver business metric results (SQDCP) using tiered management.
• Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads and production employees.
• Coach and develop manufacturing crew and supervisors.
• Ensure product quality through standard work and training.
• Promote going to gemba to solve problems.
• Foster an inclusive environment with high morale and performance.
• Make large decisions affecting multiple crews and shifts.
