Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor II (Value Stream Supervisor II) to support the Value Stream Manager in driving continuous improvement for a stable value stream. You will supervise the manufacturing crew, deliver business results, and ensure alignment with Andersen’s values and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Business acumen and knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead A3 plans/projects for the manufacturing crew.
• Deliver business metric results (SQDCP) using the tiered management system.
• Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads and production employees.
• Provide indirect leadership to other functions and supervisors in a matrix setup.
• Coach, provide feedback and develop the manufacturing crew and team leads.
• Ensure product quality through standard work, training, and inspection techniques.
• Promote hands-on problem solving and inclusion across the shift(s).
• Make large decisions for multiple manufacturing crews and value streams.
