Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor II (Value Stream Supervisor II) to support the Value Stream Manager in driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing crew. You will supervise and lead the crew within the value stream, ensuring operations align with Andersen’s values and strategic direction.

This role focuses on developing A3 plans, delivering SQDCP metrics, coaching team leads and production staff, and promoting gemba-based problem solving to achieve high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Business acumen and knowledge required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership and manufacturing knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead A3 plans for manufacturing crew.
• Deliver business metric results (SQDCP) using management system.
• Provide direct leadership to value-stream team leads and production employees.
• Coach and develop manufacturing crew to promote growth.
• Ensure product quality through standard work and training.
