Job summary

• Deliver value stream results in safety, quality, service, costs and associate development.
• Define performance targets for value stream teams and hold them accountable.
• Lead process improvements aligned with Lean principles and manufacturing strategy.
• Ensure alignment of activities, resources and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coach and develop Value Stream Supervisors and associates.
