Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience directly supporting operations.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and lean methods.
• Leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute the Annual Operating Plan focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and growth.
• Drive KPIs, Kaizen events and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Develop and mentor associates to build a skilled, customer-focused team.
• Participate in budgeting and long-range capital planning.
• Summarize results and present to executives and customers.
