• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Order Management, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Manufacturing and Design Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Business Unit leadership.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and drive KPI accountability (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Growth).
• Lead kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and lean practices.
• Develop and mentor associates to maximize potential and ensure a customer-focused team.
• Prepare and present performance summaries to executive leadership and customers.
