Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing focused on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• 3+ years managing a value stream or multiple value streams.
• Strong understanding of lean tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to meet internal and external customer demands.
• Direct manufacturing of high-quality products at lowest possible cost.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to exceed customer requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement through Crane Business System; Kaizen events; share best practices.
