Job summary

Eaton’s Aerospace division in Euclid, OH is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead manufacturing production at the Euclid, Ohio facility. This role oversees the production of deliverable product, supervises hourly and salaried team members in the HPWT, and drives continuous improvement in safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The position requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, ownership of CONC metrics and cost of the value stream, and coaching staff while applying the Eaton

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in mfg. operations or operations support.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to ITAR. All applicants must be U.S. persons.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates within 50 miles of Euclid, OH will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and production of deliverable product to meet customer expectations.
• Supervise hourly and salaried resources within the High Performance Work Team (HPWT).
• Drive continuous improvement in production, quality and safety using the Eaton Business System (EBS) and CIF.
• Own CONC metrics and overall quality performance for the HPWT.
• Direct priorities to achieve delivery goals and manage overall cost of the Value Stream.
