RTX is seeking a Value Stream Lead at its Circuit Card Manufacturing site in Andover, MA. This role owns safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance for multi-cell operations and leads lean initiatives across functions.

Daily interactions span technical support, manufacturing, test, design engineering, maintenance, production control, and finance. Requires a university degree with extensive relevant experience and DoD security clearance.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience across Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or Production.
• U.S. government security clearance required (DoD Secret) prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy manufacturing operations strategy, controls, tools, and metrics to measure progress and drive improvement.
• Workforce planning and forecasting.
• Employee hiring and training.
• Area layout and flow management.
• Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Solve complex operational issues with strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply lean manufacturing concepts for continuous improvement.
