Raytheon Circuit Card Manufacturing in Andover, MA, is seeking an experienced Value Stream Lead to manage our Surface Mount Technology value stream. You will drive operational excellence, ensure on-time delivery, and lead cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

As a senior leader, you will implement Lean and CORE methodologies, monitor KPIs, and oversee end-to-end processes from front-end to final assembly.

Qualificações

• Eight+ years in manufacturing/operations or related fields.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or high‑reliability environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Front-End Process within the value stream to meet objectives.
• Develop production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop operators, engineers, and staff.
• Lead Lean, CORE, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production control to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, on-time delivery, yield, cycle time, COPQ, customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, yield, and technical risks.
• Interface with internal customers to align expectations.
• Drive growth during migration and capital releases to production.
