Job summary

RTX’s Raytheon Circuit Card Manufacturing facility in Andover, MA is seeking a Value Stream Lead. This role requires ownership of safety, quality, schedule, and cost across multi-cell shifts, driving operational excellence with CORE and lean methods.

You will collaborate with technical support, manufacturing, and engineering teams to hit goals. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in manufacturing or related fields, strong management, and a track record of improvements in aerospace/defense

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or Production.
Broad understanding of circuit card design, quality and production requirements.

Responsibilities

Deploy manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to measure progress and drive improvement.
Workforce planning and forecasting.
Employee hiring and training.
Area layout and flow management.
Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Solve complex operational issues and maintain open communications.
Utilize lean manufacturing concepts.
