RTX in Goleta, CA is seeking a Value Stream Lead to oversee the full program lifecycle from bid through delivery, including EVM, IPDS gate activities, and cost-reduction initiatives.

You will collaborate with operations and program teams, make strategic manufacturing decisions, and lead cross-functional groups to optimize performance.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD clearance are required; this is an onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, proposals, or project management.
• Experience leading a team or managerial experience.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control budget, EAC development, analysis and presentation.
• Support IPDS gate activities and bid/proposal risk ownership.
• Recommend changes in design, tooling and manufacturing methods to improve programs.
• Data analysis with critical thinking and cross‑functional team facilitation.
• Prepare reports and manage large datasets for decision making.
