Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, has an immediate need for a Product Lead supporting the Sensors High Mix Circuit Card Manufacturing area in Andover, Massachusetts. This role involves coordinating with Program Operations Managers, Manufacturing Work Centers, and other partners to ensure on-time integration of materials and labor to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Program and/or project management.
• Understanding of manufacturing tool sets and how to leverage information from material receipt through execution.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems including SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
• Experience in capital planning, MRL Assessments, Make/Buy/Where.
• Previous manufacturing process experience.
• EVMS L2 Certification or willingness to learn.
• CORE/Six Sigma experience.
• Knowledge of IPDS and Microsoft Project processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CCM schedules with cross‑functional teams and supply chain for depot work.
• Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and CORE/R6Sigma practices.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives for recurring and new opportunities.
• Lead collaborative teams to drive results and remove barriers.
