Job summary

RTX’s Raytheon Circuit Card Manufacturing facility in Andover, MA is seeking a Value Stream Lead. This role requires ownership of safety, quality, schedule, and cost across multi-cell shifts, driving operational excellence with CORE and lean methods.

You will collaborate with technical support, manufacturing, and engineering teams to hit goals. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in manufacturing or related fields, strong management, and a track record of improvements in aerospace/defense

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or Production.
• Broad understanding of circuit card design, quality and production requirements.

Bring your talent to Raytheon, Circuit Card Manufacturing in Andover, Massachusetts. We have a high visibility opportunity for Value Stream Lead. Take on full management accountability for the safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance of a multi-cell/multi-shift operation. The Value Stream Leader will drive operational excellence throughout the organization. This key role requires daily interaction with other functions to maintain and meet organizational goals. These groups include technical support, manufacturing/test/design engineering, maintenance, production control, and finance. Achieving/exceeding safety, quality, delivery, cost goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using CORE and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

What You Will Do

Qualifications

• You Must Have Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and/or Production.
• Qualifications We Prefer Broad understanding of circuit card design, quality and production requirements and a demonstrated ability to continuously improve these processes.
• Strong management skills including the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, goal setting, delegation, coaching, and motivating.
• Manufacturing or industrial engineering and supervisory experience in the aerospace/defense industry Knowledge in assembly, inspection, and test operations Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation and influencing skills. High level of computer literacy / confidence and skill working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with Raytheon systems (CMES, SAP, PDM) EVMS Level 2 Certified.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
