Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Tucson is seeking a Value Stream Leader to oversee one or more plant value streams, implement Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to ensure safe operations, drive quality improvements, and deliver premier customer service.

You will lead day-to-day activities, develop associates, and evaluate performance, with responsibility for daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets across supply chain, production, and manufacturing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team-building skills, ability to assess and develop individual and team capabilities, and the enthusiasm to promote safety, new ideas and positive change.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant value stream operations and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate supply chain, production control, and shift priorities.
• Ensure standardized work and 5S, maintain safety compliance.
• Cross-train team members and empower backups across value streams.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Manager on future-state maps.
