Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX segement, seeks a Value Capture Office Lead to drive strategic cost savings across RTX business units and corporate teams. You will track savings, coordinate with departments, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver aggressive cost-reduction initiatives.

  • Degree in Finance or Supply Chain.
  • 10+ years of Corporate Finance experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with financial modeling.
  • Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent savings project tracking across all RTX BU’s and the oneRTX teams, using PowerSteering as the system of record.
  • Partner with other departments (e.g., Digital Technology) to drive improvements to business processes to support increased efficiency and cost savings initiatives.
  • Lead savings workshops in partnership with cross‑functional teams (Commodity Management, Operations, Engineering, etc.) to drive new savings initiatives.
  • Develop project pipeline to ensure focus on out‑year project development.
  • Manage bi‑weekly meetings with Commodity Teams to focus on execution and actions.
  • Develop Executive‑level presentations for RTX Senior Leadership on status of savings program and other topics.
  • Support all ad hoc initiatives and reporting related to RTX Product cost.

Salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted. About the Role

The Value Capture Office (VCO) role offers a unique opportunity to help drive RTX’s Supply Chain transformation and savings plan. As the largest Aerospace & Defense company in the world, RTX has unparalleled size, scale, and breadth in the industry. The VCO sits at the interaction of Supply Chain and Strategy, helping to coordinate strategic initiatives across all three RTX Business Units and the RTX Corporate team. The VCO will influence RTX’s savings tracking & planning, strategic negotiations, and supply base management. The RTX Value Capture Office (VCO) Lead is responsible for tracking, synthesizing, and driving strategic cost savings for RTX. Success in this role requires strong executive communication skills, a proactive leadership style, top‑notch analytical ability, the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders, strong business/financial acumen, and an understanding of RTX’s Business Units and structure.
