The Value Capture Office (VCO) role offers a unique opportunity to help drive RTX’s Supply Chain transformation and savings plan. As the largest Aerospace & Defense company in the world, RTX has unparalleled size, scale, and breadth in the industry. The VCO sits at the interaction of Supply Chain and Strategy, helping to coordinate strategic initiatives across all three RTX Business Units and the RTX Corporate team. The VCO will influence RTX’s savings tracking & planning, strategic negotiations, and supply base management.
The RTX Value Capture Office (VCO) Lead is responsible for tracking, synthesizing, and driving strategic cost savings for RTX. Success in this role requires strong executive communication skills, a proactive leadership style, top‑notch analytical ability, the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders, strong business/financial acumen, and an understanding of RTX’s Business Units and structure.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
