Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is hiring for an outpatient primary care physician in Florida. You will provide comprehensive care for adult patients, focusing on preventive services and chronic disease management within a value-based care framework.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Passion for value-based, patient-centered care (required)
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply
• Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
• Develop long-term relationships focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve quality outcomes and patient experience.
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to deliver value-based care.
• Participate in quality initiatives that improve patient health while reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization.
