Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Florida seeks a physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults within a patient‑centered, value‑based care model. You will build long‑term relationships and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with a supportive care team, AthenaOne EMR, and opportunities for CME, relocation assistance, and shared savings through our ACO.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Florida license required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Who We’re Looking For

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Passion for value-based, patient-centered care (required)
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health is preferred
• ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply
• Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus

Compensation Range: $182,545.00 to $273,819.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
