Qualifications

• Ability to use EMR to document patient encounters.
• Experience in a Medicare Advantage or accountable care environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a Medicare Advantage HMO senior patient population.
• Encourage four wellness visits per year and proactive outreach to at-risk patients.
• Document encounters using EMR to focus on value-based outcomes.

Skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving ability for complex situations

Strong organizational and task prioritization skills

Computer literacy on G-Suite products and database programs

Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and STAR measure attainment

Education

Medical Doctorate (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

Valid medical license in the state of Florida

DEA license

Up-to-date CPR certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
