Job summary

MascMedical is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our value-based outpatient practices in Florida. You will provide comprehensive care for adults and seniors, focusing on preventive health and chronic disease management within a collaborative team environment.

You will work with experienced clinicians, maintain EMR documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. New graduates encouraged to apply; bilingual skills are a plus for select locations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or eligible).
• DEA license (or eligible).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, value-based care, or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans emphasizing preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on value-based care and positive patient outcomes.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care.
