Millennium Physician Group, a leader in value-based primary care, seeks physicians to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients. You will develop long‑term relationships, emphasize preventive care and chronic disease management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and patient experience using evidence‑based medicine.

This Florida-based role offers a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with a supportive care team, competitive compensation with productivity

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Passion for value-based, patient-centered care
• ACN-certified physicians encouraged to apply
• Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.

Qualifications
MD or DO

Experience With Medicare Advantage And Population Health Is Preferred
ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply

Compensation Range
$182,545.00
to
$273,819.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
