Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Florida seeks a physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults within a patient‑centered, value‑based care model. You will build long‑term relationships and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with a supportive care team, AthenaOne EMR, and opportunities for CME, relocation assistance, and shared savings through our ACO.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Florida license required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
• Develop long-term relationships focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve quality outcomes and patient experience.
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to deliver value-based care.
• Participate in quality initiatives that reduce unnecessary healthcare utilization.
