Qualifications

• MD or DO required (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine).
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Value-based, patient-centered care mindset essential.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health preferred.

Responsibilities
