You will diagnose and treat Medicare patients, collaborate with care teams, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to preventive care initiatives in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification (or eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State License and DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatments.
• Maintain EMR data in Canopy and Greenway systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct the care team with Practice Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
