Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Richmond, VA to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare populations at our neighborhood primary care centers. You will work within a team to deliver high-quality care, focused on outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine (or eligible).
• Active state license required.
• Active DEA license required.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
