Qualifications

• Graduated as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Able to practice medicine in the US with an unrestricted license.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Direct and administer primary care services.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data.

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification

Active DEA license
