Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to serve local Medicare populations across our neighborhood centers. You will work within a large care team to focus on value-based, high-quality care and measurable outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $240,000–$270,000 plus bonuses, a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), and a comprehensive benefits package. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with leadership opportunities available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board eligible).
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (US).
• Active DEA license and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments.
• Maintain patient electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and manage the center care team with Practice Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
