Job summary

Oak Street Health in Aurora, CO is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care within our neighborhood centers. You will work with large care teams to focus on quality outcomes and preventive medicine, while providing compassionate, patient-centered service.

Requirements include MD or DO, Internal or Family Medicine board certification (or board eligible), an active unrestricted State license, a current DEA license, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate required.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification (or board eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team
• Other duties as assigned

Education

MD or DO (Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy) graduate

Internal Medicine Board Certification / Family Medicine Board Certification

Active Unrestricted State License

Active DEA license

US work authorization
